So.. I came in and gave $50 for the application fee. Got a call I was approved. Its now been 3 weeks and I have yet to get my apartment. So for the past few days I have been calling for my refund. Found another spot. How can I get my money back?

I think that the application fee is non refundable but call and double check. I hope they give you your money. These apartment complexes play so many games

This place is very bad, save all your copies, stay on top of them to get your cash back this place has very poor management and office manager won't even talk to you
