Hello i am new to Las Vegas, and i have been to many apartments and have been treated very rudely and met people who seem so unmotivated!! But let me tell you about the AMAZING customer service i just received from Felipe. I walked into the leasing office and was greeted with the biggest smile and such a positive attitude. He answered all question and we both made some jokes. I loved his energy the area is not the best but i enjoined stopping in. They didn't have what i was looking for but i left happy and with a better and positive attitude and my day was brightened thanks to Felipe the assistant manager at Swenson Apartments!!!

Love his place to live, close to everything, the manager is friendly and and so professional, he clean up the property of all the homeless , I would renew my lease and stay longer. Lovely place to live and quiet.

Please read this as NO STARS! I lived at Swenson Apartments - 3831 Swenson Ave, apartment 25, from Sept 2016 to Sept 2017. This is the same residence as 3812 Daisy Street. One side of the complex is on Swenson Ave, and the other on Daisy Street. A week after I moved in, the apartment was broken into because the manager refused to replace the screen as she promised. I believe the maintenance man bathed in the bath tub the night before and did not clean up after himself, because the manager had to wait for him to bring the key! That was a red flag. I didn't realize until I was ready to take a shower after hours of moving. I had to clean up black scum from the bathtub. The stove did not have any grill. I asked for a pair and he brought me ones crusted with rust. I am sure he must have taken it out of the trash! I only used one, because the effort of cleaning it caused me to choke so much on the chemical I could not do both of them. The apartment itself is made of the cheapest material! The refrigerator was next to a boarded up cupboard where the heater was. Roaches came from this boarded up cupboard and were actually living in the crevices of the refrigerator! How do you keep a cupboard boarded up and heated and not expect to breed roaches? The maintenance man refused to open it when I asked. I always kept roach stickers below the cupboard and they were always filled with dozens of roaches! Whenever you open the refrigerator they would run and hide in the crevices! I moved the refrigerator to the other side of the kitchen and thoroughly cleaned it down with baking soda, as well as filled the crevices with baking soda to keep out the roaches. But the floor is actually paper, in doing so a piece of the paper was lifted up. The bathroom is also made of paper. I left a bar of soap on the bathroom sink, as anyone normally does. The soap got stuck to the sink, and in attempting to clean it up a piece of the paper used to make the sink was lifted up! The bath tub is the same, it is made of the cheapest material! I was always on pins and needles using it as I did not want to damage it. Nevertheless I left a spotless apartment when I moved out, expecting the return of my security deposit. When I called and inquired about my security deposit, the manager explained that they were taking the security deposit because of damage to the bathroom sink and floor! Despite all of the above, in the one year I lived there, they added $100 monthly to the rent! These people should be reported to the housing authority. It has been more than a year and eight months, and I still have nightmares! THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED! DO NOT RENT HERE! They do not deserve any stars, but apparently I won't be allowed to post unless I give at least one!
