The office is horrible. I enjoyed my apartment. If you're thinking of moving there just PLEASE document everything. If you don't pay your rent on line keep your money order receipt and send then an email letting them know you paid and the price. If they tell you you owe a certain amount verbally send them an email so you have documentation of it. Anything that has to do with the office document with an email; work orders, payment, agreements, anything. also make sure you document who you spoke to because they will lie to your face

My doughters A/C i been on and off almost every day. She has a new born and a 5 year old and they vas less to fix it, it’s surprising that the owners are not aware of everything that’s going on on this apartments , kids are been run over because people don’t follow the speed limit. And because. Security don’t even cara about keeping this place on check. I hope the owner doesn’t only care about getting money. But caring about show his tenants live in a safe and comfortable place. I will not live here. I’m just visiting my daughter from out of town..
