I been here for 3 months and in apartment 8 there's no hot water at all I been boiling water on the stove Ihave informed the front office and corporate and still no hot water
No hot water I already called code compliance. The office say they need a new boiler but they bee saying that for the last couple of months. Hot water work sometimes there no way hot water should work sometimes. They say the same thing "we working on it" the fact is they are unprofessional they suppose to notify their tenants in 24hrs to let us know they hot water not working. Cielo Ranch doesn't notify us we have to call them in order for them to tell us hot water not working. I can't wait to move from here I have a 5yr old and and 8days old baby we are living without water this is so sad and im so mad I put kids in such an uncomfortable situation.
Tell The Landlord About IT And They Should Be Able to Get IT Done.
