Ok folks, the reality of my experience living here: since moving, I have witnessed neighbors that were loud and rowdy causing scenes at 4 am and leaving shattered glass thrown around my building. Maintenance should establish better communication between residents and management. It's important that they INFORM the residents that they enter their apartment when responding to a work order. There is a strong smell of weed present in some areas of the complex, since residents DO NOT respect the fact that it is supposed to be a drug free complex. There are chain smoking residents that also smoke tobacco HEAVILY without any regard for the people living in their vicinity. A smoking policy should be implemented in lieu of the nonsmoking residents who also have rights. Management always has an excuse, is not available and seems oblivious to the injustices that occur here. Corporate and resident relations have the responsibility of caring for the wellbeing of its residents. However, they fall short of providing that support to residents. I recently learned that the garage spaces are being occupied by people who aren't even paying for them. When you think about quality, customer service and regard for the public, it just isn't there. Their tours are enticing and appealing at first. Once you sign a contract though, you will have to be very persistent in getting your concerns addressed. Who needs that kind of headache? It's too much of an effort for them to do anything! I know it's not the best news to hear, but it's the truth. Honesty is always the best policy.

Went in to view an apartment and the leasing agent didn’t look our way or even acknowledge us. Terrible customer service!!! Not to mention the decorum is dated walls dirty. Left out immediately. Not interested!!!

Very unsafe apartments. The gate is broken 80% of the time, gate code has literally not been changed once in the almost year I have lived here. Walls are paper thin. Leasing office tries to get you on any charge they can. As if all this isn't bad enough, I was barely two weeks past my move out notice and they are currently trying to charge me double my rent for the "remaining 22 days" they are trying to force me to stay past my lease. They have a clause about domestic violence in their lease and being understanding if you are needing to move yet they want you to jump through hoops to provide documentation and are vague about the "approval" process from some "committee". Not worth the hassle at all. Literally just go stay at the motel 6 for the same result. Wish I could give them a 0/10.

My wife and I have leased here for almost a year. Initially, we had a great experience. The office staff was always polite and accommodating, we rarely had maintenance issues, and when we did, they were minor. My first gripe about this complex is the horribly inadequate parking spaces. They are cramped to an obscene degree. My wife, who drives a sub compact vehicle came outside to find a note left on her windshield by another resident complaining that she had parked too close to their car. Subsequently, my vehicle has been dinged multiple times. This I can live with, as accidents happen. Recently, our fridge has been crapping out. 3 times this month we've been forced to replace fresh groceries due to its malfunctioning. On each occasion we submitted a request, not only was the issue resolved at a snail's pace, but when we contacted the office to potentially expedite service, we were met with passive aggressive, dismissive conduct by a woman named Cynthia. Customer service is clearly not her strong point. Management, I implore you to implement thorough HR training for this particular individual. I can look past the many issues that come with renting, but this is an absolutely absurd way to treat paying tenants.
