I was going to consider this place but I appreciate the honest reviews. I suggest, going to the Dallas housing authority. Matter of fact, as a tenant you have rights. Look them up, they’re in fine print for the state of TX. With the AC Units being out, & with no communication that’s enough right there to get out of your lease. There’s obligations when renting a Landlord/management company has to abide by. Again, Know your rights. You would be surprised.

I moved in a couple of months ago and I have not had any of the issues others have posted. In particular, Tyrone of the maintenance staff has been more than excellent. He has gone above and beyond to provide stellar customer service. Any issue has been handled in a timely manner and extreme professionalism. Thanks!

I did have a great experience! Moving can be alot of stress, but the process was not complex at all. Customer service was a tier 1. Brittany was very professional, nice and informative. She also made sure those who were waiting was catered to in a timely manner. Ashley assisted as well! She even stayed longer to make sure everything was done... They all did! I love the upgrades and space in the apartment!... And the Downtown view.... pleasant! Thank you!
