The building has received negative press for its promotion of a Chick-Fill-A resident welcome event. The secure gate has not been repaired for anyone to enter. I’ve personally experienced theft and a loss of amenities such as an algae filled pool, now closed; no buzzer linkage or package linkage to residents despite management statements to the contrary. This propaganda machine should lead to reduced occupancy and has led to code violations. Come on down!!!

Before and after moving to Park West our experience has been great. In the middle of pandemia, around march 2021, Hailey give us a virtual tour around the whole complex and into the apartment. Jazmin also helped in the process of moving with a clear and direct communication everytime we needed. They made the leasing process very simple and comfortable. The facility is beautiful: 1 big dog park with a dog pool; other small dog park; a state-of-art gym; mail room with USPS service, and SMARTpackage lockers to keep big boxes safe. The Lobby is an elegant space with a piano, free-coffee machine, and a media room for entertainment. The pool-massaging-spa area is a great space to have a blast with the neighbors while you are using the bbq. It also has a big TV. The complex also have another open space with 2 bbq's and several tables just around the small dog park and the community garden. We live in the Zen garden area and it is a peaceful place with a fountain, surrounded by trees and green vegetation. Our experience with the maintenance personnel and the Venterra Living administration has been great. Very into helping and create a great atmosphere in our community. The neighbors are cool and very respectful with everyone's space. Kroger is across the street! We definitely chose a good place as our home. Park West is excellent! We have been living here since Sept 2021 and from our first visit to now, the entire experience has been amazing! We toured at least 20 other properties in Dallas and the leasing experience at Park West was by FAR the best. The apartments themselves are lovely, and the amenities are amazing and well-maintained. The entire staff is wonderful, so friendly, helpful, communicative, and proactive. We love living here and can’t recommend it enough!

We’ve lived here for over a year now, and in the process of moving into a bigger unit downstairs. We love it here. Toured 21 apartment complexes before choosing Park West and we made a great decision. Good gym and amenities with dumbbells that go up to 100lb. Dog friendly with an incredible dog park. Friendliest staff of any apt community I’ve lived in. They know all residents (and dogs) by name and have even sent cookies to my work for myself and other first responders. Walking distance to plenty of good food and bars as well. Check it out.
