Bad Customer Service, The walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are saying/doing; Gunshots every other night; They look nice but are very deceiving once you move in . I was very uncomfortable I don’t recommend.

These apartments have a nice appearance on the outside. But don't be fooled, I stayed here for 4 months I was on a 8 month lease. I had to vacate. The "so called" Security is horrible, and the neighbors aren't helpful (just nosey) someone threw a rock at my car and broke my back window, I notified the office to run the camera footage back, they claimed they couldn't do so. I also asked my neighbors that balconies are near my car, they claimed I already knew about the damage and didn't notify me neither. Mind you; they're always on their balconies. All ima say is don't waste your time and money renting from these people, I also had plumbing issues sonce I moved in that I notified the office about, maintenance never attempted to fix it. And also the walls are very thin you can hear everything your neighbor is talking about.(very disturbing) I just had to many issues with these apartments if I could give them no rate, I would. Looks are very deceiving my people. That's all i will say. Never again, straight ratchet and ghetto!✌🏽

The worse apartments I have ever lived in. I've been here a month now and constant issues with my ac amongst other repairs. I have complained, complained, complained about my air! I understand it's hot outside. So I get it! But this is unacceptable. My ac is below 50 and it's still hot as hell inside my apartment. When my lease is up. I will not be renewing it! I've never experienced so many issues with am apartment complex in my life. I'm very displeased with the customer service and the living conditions.

This is the only apartment complex I have live in where I loved it enough to renew my lease. The office staff is always courteous and professional. The grounds are well-maintained, and the complex was recently painted. A valet trash service has also been added. My neighbors are courteous and genuinely care about the neighbors around them. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone moving to the area.

Fortunately, residents are able to choose the provider of their choice for your electricity service. The property does not cover the costs of electricity. It will be an additional paid service by our resident.

That is a fee they charge to file your application and run your credit history. I'm not sure how much it is but admin fees are always nonrefundable
