2012- 2020.FOUL.... DESPITE RENT BEING PAID IN FULL EVERY MONTH ON 3rd. No working refrigerator from Nov to March.No restitution on ruined food , med's we both need to live! They kept bring used refrigerator in, arguing that they worked.Juice in refrigerator with mold sent pictures to corp( City Gate)Rotting unsafe ramp with huge splinters placed by former owners/ mgmt.I was told new owners not responsible for.Then told we could use roomies Medicare acct to remove n replace it?? Roomie has end stage renal disease, no care that those funds may be needed later for his health.Then comes the ice storm that left saturated carpets, water coming from the ceiling fan/ light, water coming in electrical sockets,water blisters n ceiling and walls.Strong mildew smell from sidewalk in front of apt.Roommie vomited a week straight evey meal..I personally felt the DISRESPECT,as well as my $$$. Mgmt was a joke. Henceforth I chose to break the lease .Still have photo documentation.

Lived there 11 years got kicked out took my air conditioner out of my windows never gave back, got bedbugs it was hot up there got my daughter charged with a crime she didn't do now she's in Huntsville with a crime she didn't do this was the Manger never had a problem with the Manger but for this lady hated me picked own me and I'm disable.I would take my dog there.

The office staff and maintenance are great...we moved in our townhome in March and it's been incredible...thank you Jahaira and Sandra for making our move in pleasant..we simply love it here at Pecan Grove and all our neighbor's

If I could give negative stars I would. My roommate and I called a total of at least 10 times to talk to someone about potentially leasing with them. We got a very unhelpful voice memo. So we scheduled a tour online and I showed up at that time for a tour the office was closed and no one was around. I waited a while and still no one showed up. Change your hours on Google and take the "schedule your tour now" button off the site. Such a waste of people's time and resources for community that looks unkempt anyway.
