DO NOT LIVE HERE! The office management people are very rude. They up charge you every time a new management comes to take over, the maintenance crew walks around doing absolutely nothing all day when there are work orders that needs to be filled!!! THEY LAUGH AT YOU ON THE PHONE WHEN YOU’RE BEING SERIOUS ABOUT A SITUATION! THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT YOU TO PAY RENT AND NEVER GET ANYTHING DONE PROPERLY AROUND HERE!!! I’M COMPLAINING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE IT MAKES NO SENSE HOW INHUMANE PEOPLE ARE TO GETTING THINGS DONE THATS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE!!! I HATE LIVING HERE I CAN’T WAIT WHEN MY LEASE IS OVER!!

Management of this property has changed from bad to worse during the year that I have rented here. There have been 3 changes in staff so far. The management company has changed again recently, but the problems have not changed one bit! None of them ever do anything about the maintenance issues or the fact that there are homeless people wandering into the property via bus line. Sometimes I will see them slash trash bags to look for bottles or whatever 🤷‍♂️ Do not rent here!! The office never answers the phone and no one in there will try to help you. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED (Attached is a picture of the pool)

This management company is trash. They are just a bunch of bodies collecting a check. They never fix anything and charge for services they do not provide. My apartment flooded for the THIRD TIME. They said they have no idea when they will fix THEIR drainage problem. So I'm currently standing in water and no one has come. I have the current manager on video saying she doesn't care. On video! DO NOT LEASE HERE. THEY'RE TRASH!!!!!

When moving into the property, my son was not given a mailbox key. Seeing as though he rarely received mail, he let it go. He reminded old management but never received a key. When new management appeared, they let him check his mail but he left an ID to do so.. Well, as someone who works in property maintenance the situation that has occurred is frightening at best. He is expecting important mail and went to the office to get the key. He found out that they lost the key. And attached to each mailbox key is the door key. So now anyone can get into the mail and his apartment. The staff stated to put a work order in for just the mailbox is 35 dollars. To a young man just starting out, that is a lot of money to pay for previous and current managements mistake. I would like to ask, who is benefiting from this? It's a 10 dollar lock and 10 minutes of time to switch out a mailbox lock. As maintenance, I personally do not get paid extra for a mailbox key switchout. If after contacting corporate, and this is not handled in a timely matter, I will have to come down and do the work for what appears to be a bad management team.
