Changed review: Maintenance is amazing, and office staff are really kind. However, the apartments were made so poorly you can hear everything your neighbor does, down to going to the bathroom. Not all tenants here are respectful to the noise rules we have, which is a huge negative and why I keep the rating low. Packages are constantly stolen even though we have locked locker systems in place, but the parcel companies choose to be lazy and just leave in the mail room or worse outside the complex even if office staff are present. I have weed that seeps into mine even though we are smoke-free. And some of the surrounding area brings in crime into the parking garages. Other than that, I have enjoyed my two years here with the location to things. BUT when it comes down to it the apartments were just built very cheaply, the company Simpson Housing does not care to provide security nor do they care to fix anything that breaks, which is why I would not recommend. The only saving grace is the friendly staff.

Do not recommend - I lived here for 2 years and cars are broken into weekly in the garage. Instead of putting cameras in the garage, they recently hired a patrol officer which I doubt will deter any crime. Leasing staff is average, what you can expect from most places. Package room becomes overflowed with boxes, hope yours doesn’t go missing. Wifi in the lounge is unreliable - sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t.

A place you can call home. I am blown away with how friendly everyone is here. From the staff to the residents to even folks just passing by. Maintenance team is amazing and quick to help. The apartments host events pretty frequently and hold ‘dog of the month’ where if your furry friend wins, they get a prize. Super cool. Overall, I am very happy with where I chose to live. Kendrick, thank you for all you’ve done for the residents. Your hard work and dedication to our apartments doesn’t go unnoticed.

My girlfriend lives in these apartments and multiple packages that have been dropped off at the front office have “gone missing.” I’ve traveled the country and hotels take better care of peoples packages for residents that only temporarily stay there versus the new managements employees care for residents that live here for multiple years. The maintenance guys have trashed the place up by the visitors parking and constantly leave paint cans and random items right by parking spots. The last employees were far better than these inconsiderate ones that make their paychecks from the residents that live here!
