I had extra money on my account that I was saving for a rainy day in case I was tight on money for rent. They then took the extra money out of my account claiming it as "miscellaneous income". They also have repeatedly charge me now for not having insurance even though I do and have proven to them that I do. They refunded me but then charge me again. Also when we were about to move in they were about to give us an apartment we didn't chose when we came to tour and sign for they tried to give us a dirty one that smelled like dog urine luckily we were able to get a different unit. Overall very shady and untrustworthy management

applied for an apartment recently. everything sounded great! apartments didnt look the best but, we needed a place to move to ASAP. everything sounded very promising so we proceeded to apply. i will say iam glad the application fee was ONLY $60, but the disappointing part of this process was their lack of good customer service. i was told i'd receive a call back at the end of the business day/next morning the latest for the manager to review my application. NEITHER HAPPENED. even after leaving a message for a specific person, still no call returned. I will say in the end you all did me a favor with your poor communication, i was able to get into an apartment with no issues and are very pleased in our new home.

I love this apartment complex, I love the people that work here. The stuff members are so nice. I’ve been living here for 2 years and I can guarantee you that this is a safe place.They always have parties for the residents in the office. Nallely & Erica are niece and so professional. They are so quick at fixing any problems you may have with your apartment. I really recommend this apartments.

I was calling around on the phone trying to find a place to call home. After simply speaking with Ms Lucy and Ms Maxine, on the phone, I new I had found a home among kind and courteous people. They took care of all my needed Move-In requests and communicated the status with me. The safety and rules are maintained as well. "Keep up the good work Ms Lucy and Ms Maxine and stay on it. Thanks
