I can't wait to move out. This area is so loud and I work from home. Between the landscapers, neighbors letting their dogs bark all hours of the day and night, the trains and fire station nearby, there is hardly a peaceful moment. Only move here if you don't mind constant noise.

Beware! Everyone is not lying. Retaliation is real at this property! I paid my rent on time every month. Never had a problem until I moved. I left the apartment in better shape then I move in. However, mgmt at that time said I left the rest room dirty. Which was not true. Their maintenance crew was in my apartment the day I turn over the keys and witness a clean out apartment and made a comment on how clean I was leaving the place. My problem was trusting that. I learned my lesson never trust anyone - I now video!

I'll be signing my 2nd renewal lease here shortly. My experience living here has been peaceful. Now all I need is a washer n dryer. Ground keepers THANK YOU for keeping a clean complex, it's sucks some residents don't care to actually make sure their trash get in the dumpster but overall a clean and quite place to live and they have a parcel locker now a BIG PLUS, I never had packages stolen but it's added security.. Management response in a timely manner for me.
