Don't EVER move here. I lived here from August-November 2021. I had to move due to an domestic violence situation. The staff wasn't sincere or had sympathy for me. They was basically just money hungry.I also had a police report etc and they still said I was responsible for rent etc when i moved for the safety of my kids and I. We probably wouldn't even be alive today if we didn't move.. I had a 1 yr old and was pregnant at the time. I had to leave in order to get my babies in a safe environment. The hispanic girls in the front are terrible, if they feel intimated by you they will give you a old out dated apartment. The manager/owner of the apartments when I was there (black man) don't worry about trying to explain yourself to him, he'll just look over you and he's rude. The apartments are HORRIBLE, anything is better than here.

The fitness Center is been closed for years. I just find it misleading to present it in brochures if it's not open and unfair to tenant. Covid isn't the problem now, so what's the hold up. We need this fitness center open. It's upsetting to tenant that like to work at close to home and don't have the time. It's just another useless things about this apartment complex. I hope the management opens it ASAP!

We just moved to Dallas and were trying to choose between two different communities. We ended up choosing The lesser of these two evils thanks to the competitors more affordable rental. However due to the charm and professionalism of one of the Meadows agents if our minds were to change it would be due solely to Ms. T. Thomas who has been the most tolerable part of our experience here and why we're giving this place 4 stars instead of 2!

DO NOT move here. The already low quality went even lower when The Robinson Group took over. The facilities are run-down. Corners were cut everywhere. For example when they installed my refrigerator, instead of reversing the doors to open correctly, they cut a corner off of the pass through so the door wouldn't hit. There are 2 drawers in the kitchen everything else is cabinet. The drawers in the bathroom were not hung correctly. The outlet in the bathroom is not wired for power. The gates are almost always broken and there is only one path in and out.
