Chester metropolitan district ain't worth sh.. all they do is take your money and that's it. Just paid a 2,460 for a busted pipe in my yard which they been knew about awhile back but send me something in the mail last week about my water is running 24 hours but do a adjustment for 16.50 something needs to be done about this

If they could stop hanging up on my girlfriend and being unprofessional maybe they could fix issues. And they lie about arrival times. They say they're coming and don't. Simple as that.

They are very un-organized out-dated they don't work as team seem like the worse of all is that it shows they dont work for the community as they need ethic and emphaty sense of urgent when dealing as this department need urgentcy. there is one application that has 8 days without being processed we had been to the office multiple times, made phone calls emails and they dont worry and act rude very personal even racial looks like...a complete update of training will benefit the community

Apparently this is happened a lot lately. I've had it happen just recently myself even though I pay more than what I think the bill is every month regardless of whether I send a bill I still got a cut off with them claiming that they never received payment which was a bunch of bull hoc because I pulled my bank statement and saw that the money had been drafted out! Something has to be done about these people ! Perhaps they be a peaceful protest at their next meeting?

Boil water restrictions were lifted at 8AM on 11/18/19.
CMD issued a temporary boil water notice due to a brief drop in water pressure last night. They have suggested boiling water for at least one minute or using bottled water for drinking or cooking until the notice is lifted.
