Brand new customer here... My internet keeps dropping so I came here to look at some other reviews... Sure enough everyone has the same issues!! Truevista OBVIOUSLY you're have ongoing issues with dropping service, why not fix the issue? Or are you going to tell everyone what you told me "Just go buy your own modem/router? This is NOT a review on the techs, the 3 times they came out you could tell they knew they worked for a struggling company, why not invest the Insanely High amounts of money you're charging people for service, and put some into improving the OBVIOUS issues?? I can almost guarantee, if I buy my own equipment, the issue will remain.....PS, T-MOBIL 5G IS IN CHESTER, 50 BUCKS A MONTH... BYE JUNK-VISTA
