I would like to let Madison Point management know that Ben and Alvarado, members of the maintenance crew, are very prompt and knowledgeable in performing their jobs. They are skilled and good at what they do. And the management team, in the front office, are also extremely nice, efficient and professional at all times.

I don't live here but it's good that these apartments closes their gates. Ppl pay for security and to me that's where it starts the front gates closing!!!

I called to get information on their units. First time i called in early february stating that i wanted to move in may. They told me to call back at the end of april. i called in april and they told me i would have to get on the waiting list. i submitted my information but they would not even give me the price for the unit. continually asked me about my income. i feel that i was profiled and screened. according to a low income website, they have 2 vacancies, and i still got screened. i know i meet the income restrictions, but their lack of professionalism. smh. moving on..

Let me start by giving “2” stars for the nice little setup they had in their office and them answering the phone anytime I called or calling me after they received my inquiry. Now as for the reason I would not give beyond “2” stars.... I feel like there is a, “bait and switch” scheme being ran in regards to availability on the units they have available. What peaked my interest was the availability of the 4bdrm 2bath for $1,000+ a month and sqft was to be 1,300+. So I was contacted by a Ms.Raquel who was extremely friendly who let me know they had a 4bdrm becoming available, but not the one I inquired about or had seen listed as “Available”. The price for the unit I was offered was $1,200. However this one unit was on a First-Come,First-Serve availability which I was informed I would need to bring in my application and pay the app fee in order to have a chance to obtain the unit. Well as I finished the friendly phone call with Ms. Raquel about 25 min later I receive a phone call from Rosa who I now know as the assistant property manager who called to inform me that someone else had beat me to the unit. Ok, still no big deal better luck next time. Only for me to finish the phone call with Ms. Rosa who had mentioned in the previous phone call that if I wanted to fill out an application anyway I could for consideration. I went on about my day and thought nothing more about the conversation because there was nothing to consider if someone had beat me to the unit...now this is where things get Interesting I received a 3rd call from the apartments this time again it was Rosa wondering when I would be bringing in my check stubs and filling out the application? I explained to her oh I didn’t feel the need to do so if someone else had got to it...Ms. Rosa then reassured me it would be in my best interest to fill out the app and bring my check stubs so they could try and put me into the unit. So immediately I rush over with the required info because now I’m thinking, “Oh maybe the previous applicant changed their mind or something didn’t quite pan out.” So I turn in the requested documents only while sitting in the office Ms.Rosa approaches me with affidavits about some information I had provided on the application and insisted I must fill out the affidavit as if I had something to hide. She kept asking and insisting there must of been some reason for not doing some of the things I had to fill the affidavit out for. Now of course she never said she didn’t believe what I was saying per se, but the way she was mandating for a more detailed response on the affidavit after I had already explained my reasoning suggested otherwise. It was so invasive I told her I was beginning to feel uncomfortable. So once the application was completed and affidavits filled and signed the processing of my application began. Where I was informed by Ms. Rosa not to worry and the main focus was getting my application turned in so they can try and get me in the unit. So after more affidavits being filled because of Ms. Rosa intense research and overlooking of my application a week has now passed for me to receive a call from her saying they have not yet submitted my application because of more affidavits to be filled. Now again I have no issue with providing any information, but when it’s being requested because “you feel” the information is insufficient I had an issue with in which again I informed Rosa if it’s going to be this way I rather not continue with the application. Rosa again reassured me this was standard for the property and not to worry and she would now be sending my application to “Compliance” the Dept that would overlook my file and if they were to have any questions they would reach out to the management at the property with further instructions for the applicant. So a little more time had passed in which I’m then contacted because I have a 401K and apparently if you have a 401K these are not the apartments for you. Rosa said I was denied due to the interest being accrued on the 401K. Which I have no access to til later in life...smh

I've been here a month and a half and so far so good. I have not had a bad experience yet. I seen a couple reviews where they said the office staff was rude but I haven't seen anybody being rude it's quiet and it's clean the apartments are huge and I'm loving where I'm living at. I mean no apartment complex is goin to be perfect. I really like it here its really nice here. Im not gonna let a few bad reviews stop me from providing a roof (which are really not that bad) over my family head. I say go check it out for yourself.

Hello, hope all is well. I am interested in moving here, but I read a review stating that a person was denied due to having a 401k. Not sure if it is true or it was just that individual experience. TIA

They review your income with a fine tooth comb. My reason for denial from what I was told was I accrued too much interest on my 401k and they could not approve me.
