I have lived here for a few months. I must say that this is a very nice apartments along with nice amenities. They keep the apartments clean and Security tight over here which is really good. My only concern was just the fees that were involved and maybe I did not read the lease clearly there is a charge to almost everything. But at the same time it is a nice area very quiet. Neighbors actually mind their own business over here. The staff is nice as well.

This is the best apartment I’ve lived in while being here in Dallas TX. Not only is the place clean and sophisticated, the management is always very considerate and helpful. Shelby is THE best. There’s never been anything that she couldn’t help me with. Love this place. Re-signing my lease ASAP!

I have never had anything frustrate me so much as this apartment complex and management. They towed my car several times because of mistakes with registration on their part. The first time they claimed they had not towed the car and then later corrected themselves after my wife walked around the parking lot for 2 hours. They tried to resolve this with a Ruth Chris gift card, but both times I spent hours getting my car back. When I spoke to Stephanie the regional she said “I’ll be honest Chandler, we fced up” and basically said it’s expected when you live at apartments. Fast forward to move out date and we ask the office if anything else is owed. We do this because a thousand other things have been terrible about the process of living here. The answer we get is “no, you most likely will get us a check from us”. This was such a relief to finally be done. Months later after being happy in our new place, it turns out some money was owed for electricity and a small crack in the fridge that was there when we got there. Without telling us at all they sold it to A collection agency and now I have a huge hit on my credit. I’ve reached out to Stephanie with my frustration and received a very short pointed email back. I tried every possible strategy to get them to not make my life miserable while living there. I started nice and tried to be harder to not get taken advantage of, but it’s no use. Please don’t live here it will Ruin your life.

When I first moved in I’ve had numerous issues with the washer and dryer about 7 work orders I’ve submitted for the first 5 months eventually it got fixed or so I hope since I haven’t had issues. The complex itself is really nice and the apartments are really nice. However, the gate keeps breaking down allowing basically anyone to enter and exit. Packages get stolen and the staff does not enforce anything to prevent it. So now I have my packages delivered at work. The thin walls and the constant noise will drive you nuts especially at night when you’re trying to sleep . The neighbors upstairs constantly argue and throw things around god knows how that unit upstairs looks like. Unfortunately I am on the first floor so from hearing neighbors argue and doors slamming its a never ending cycle. There are homeless people that lurk around the complex one homeless man that is aggressively loud usually walks on the sidewalk and me being on the first floor there are times where I am scared to even open my patio door for a cool night breeze without this man walking by and screaming aggressively. Living with constant noisy neighbors upstairs is one thing but now having a bit of a fear that I can’t even open my patio door it’s enough for me to say that I’m happy our lease is up next month and we are moving out amongst many other reasons. I give it a 2 stars because of the apartments looking nice. The staff is alright depending on who you talk to. They had “misplaced “ our first rent check. Didn’t let us know when a car port would be available even though they said they would now my fiancé has to look for parking and hope to get lucky . We have one garage but I feel like with the prices of these apartments a garage should be included but it’s not and it’s overpriced. oh let me not get started with the limited amount of parking space .
