I’ve been living here for 4 years & at first it was great, but this past year has been the worst! I hate these apartments and I’m so ready for my lease to end. These apartments are roach/bedbug infested. The gate is never working so therefore my car has been broken into 4 times this year. The office staff is horrible, nothing is never fixed I’ve our elevator has been broken for months, and I’ve witnessed shootings from neighbors. It’s always a lot of hanging out and trash all over the property. I don’t feel safe here I’m so ready to leave this property! Do not move here it is not as nice as it looks these apartments are poorly managed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Their wait list is 8 months for a 1 bedroom and 12 months for a 3 bedroom. That's just the wait list you can't apply either don't waste your time Nice apartments 🤷🏽♀️

Lamont has always been a great help and always follows through with what he says he’s going to do. He’s always friendly with a positive attitude and pleasant to be around. The maintenance staff has always completed workorders in a timely manner and they do a great job with keeping the property cleaned. Especially the dumpster area in spite of some inconsiderate residents that toss trash outside the dumpster when there is room for trash to be placed inside the dumpster. Anytime I send an email or call the office I always get a very timely response. I’ve lived on property 4 years and I’ve never had any issues that were not resolved timely or professionally. Keep up the great work Highpoint staff! I appreciate you all.

The staff has been amazing and being that this was my first apartment experience with a roommate. They have made the whole transition smooth. The assistant manager was the guy who help me with my move in process and explained everything in detail were i had no confusion and to me that big. the Maintenance crew has been on timely and very nice

Yes
ESA animals can never be denied by an apartment complex nor can they charge you a deposit for a ESA animal but a private owner can denied you and or require a deposit. Keep in mind the ESA animal also can ride with you on the plane for free too. ☺️😉

Its considered oak cliff. Yes there is a lot of people around. Usually kinda noisy after the kids get out of school and then it gets quiet again about 9p. I'm a single woman (with kids), no problems i am aware of as far as safety is concerned. --Current Resident (since opening)
I think they do. But there is usually a waitlist. You will have to call. They are usually in office about 9, but they do have early staff meetings sometimes and can usually get someone on phone 10/1030a.
