Don't lease- choose another option nearby. The pool is always packed with people that aren't from the apartments and it makes it hard to enjoy, the apartments have been under construction for months and the management does not care, trash pick up is spotty but they bill you consistently, and they just hit me with a $945 fee even though my lease is coming to an end. I lived here 3 years and now absolutely regret having spent so much time and money. The gates don't lock properly and the crime nearby is a problem. Choose another complex.

I would recommend this place to anyone moving into the area! I lived here for a year, and I’m sad I won’t be renewing my lease. (only bc I’m getting married) The area is safe and pretty clean for the most part. The staff are friendly and inviting. I had a down town view with floor to ceiling windows in my living room. I never had a problem with maintenance and i only had one request the whole year. The pool and lounge area are also great! This is also a central location. I travel for my job so the central location was important for me.

I've been here almost a year now and have zero complaints. Leasing office personnel usually dont have souls but these do. Maintenance crew is very courteous, work quickly and they fix things right the first time. Parking is the same as any other apartment; I've experienced worse actually. Their amenities are pretty sweet. They also have random events with food and what not. And as far as upscale apartments in the area go, they were the best priced when I signed... That's all I got for now. 😁
