Great Place! Office staff is very friendly. I like the kids activity program. The buildings are very nice. I like my carport. The property is always clean and quiet. My townhome is very comfortable. This is the place to be. Very close to downtown, close to Bishop Arts and the Jefferson strip. Love it.

Living here was the worst experience I have ever had in all years while living on my own. I am 38 years of age btw. I moved in in 2013 and was a resident until January 2017. In that time we had 4 different managers. The first manager who's name is Sharhonda was perfect. She cared about her residents and made sure we were comfortable. After my first year she left and all hell broke loose. My apartment had bed bugs which came from another tenant who recently moved out. I also developed a huge roach infestation. I contacted the office and got no help. I contacted the corporate office never to get a call back. I spoke with the guy who is over pest control and he was very rude yelling at my children when I was not there and the myself when I addressed the issue. My apartment went all these years with no update and no fixing to anything that was broken or needing fixed. They then added a rule that your car has to be registered with the office in order to park there. The new manager then contacted a local towing company who they gave permission to come in and tow any cars that had no sticker, but the office refused to give stickers at that time. They towed my sons car over night which he did not have the money to get out so he lost it and then one month later knowing my car and who owned it they had it towed. I had to pay to get it out. This was the worst experience ever! They do not fix anything. They leave all maintenance up to the maintenance guy which bless his heart he tries but is working there alone and has an 8 hour work day to fix all issues. The month I moved out 6 other residents moved out as well. Do not move here or anywhere Sphinx management company owns. They filed an eviction on me after my rent was paid. The court said they did it by mistake when I spoke with the office they did not fix it. This was my second year in. Why did I not move sooner, because I work two jobs to support 3 children as a single mother , who has time? I'm out now and I pray for any one who moves in.
