I was looking for a home for me and my family. I put in a request online to be called about these apartments. Within a day I was called, I was greeted professionally. I can’t recall the lady’s name, but she was the property manager. We chatted for a few minutes and low and behold I was even given a tour of apartments within the hour. When I got to the apartments, she was very kind, patience and very knowledgeable. I was informed of a couple openings that are coming up. And was even given application and all the info that I would need. She even helped me with my daughter (terrible 2s). I really hope and pray that we get into these apartments, 1: for management being amazing 2: it’s closer to my mine and my wife’s jobs and my kid's school. I can’t wait to be a part of Cadence Family. Please give me a call ASAP!!

I have been a tenant for 4 years and I can say that I'm happy that Mrs. Juana and Mrs. Daisy is over this property. I've seen 3 management teams and I can say this is the best team by far. I ask for something to get done and in most cases its done within minutes or within the same day. They really do a good job on taking care of business. Happy to be a resident

Maintenance is always super friendly and helpful. They don’t just paint over things or tape them up , they take the time out to make sure it is truly fixed or upgraded if necessary. The women in the office are lovely. They are sweet and understanding, patient. I’ve never had an issue the almost 2 years I have been here. Oh and an upside. I’ve NEVER had a roach or bug problem here either! With our without pest control.
