right when i walked in all the consultants were on their phones and not even focusing on anyone in the store. no greetings. and when i asked for help, one of them told me to hold on and continued texting on his phone. i waited there for 10 minutes with still no help. i left, they didn’t care for my business so i didn’t give them my business.
