This place use to be absolutely amazing. Now it is sad to witness how it has gone down hill. I have such high hopes for ODC. I love the people here! But there’s definitely work to be done. The pandemic truly did a number on One Dallas Center. I say this b/c it wasn’t always this way. These matters are quite recent (w/i the past year). Before I share specifics, I want to say, the maintenance team is and has always been amazing. Very grateful for those guys. They are quick to get unit repairs done. The Concierge is great and the views are amazing! The onsite bar is superb. The leasing staff are all friendly and they do what they can to help. Most residents feel that this new staff just doesn’t care about all the following issues that affect the lives of so many people. It’s just so not worth the money right now. One Dallas Center Apartments definitely needs some serious work & attention at this time. Many here are seriously hoping for a good change. Meanwhile, Residents here are hurting. It is so unfair that any resident be dealing with the following matters: The Carpet in the hallways is quite disgusting on every floor. Very dirty & smelly. We jokingly bet on which floor is the worse. Floor 27 wins. My awesome neighbors beg to differ. There’s just so many stains & smelly floors. I’m on a different floor now, but visiting neighbors I hold my nose. The carpet stains are just horrible! But it is more than clear that there are many problems throughout the building. It’s hard to believe what the building has come to now. Will it get better? No one knows. The building elevators are often down & quite dirty. Daily, we go from one dirty elevator to the next. (the garage to the building - both need serious attention). The parking garage itself is disgusting & filthy. The elevators in the parking garage are always very dirty. It’s disheartening parking there and residents are required to pay extra to park in such a dirty parking garage with nasty elevators. I was told “Residents have no choice”. The pool area is now quite sad as well. The lights nor fans work in the cabanas . None of the TV’s work outside on the patio. Why are the broken tv’s here? Music use to play in the hallways giving a nice ambiance for visitors & residents, now management doesn’t care to even bother turning it on. I’ve inquired. I was told by staff “it can be turned on daily, we just don’t.” Wow! The gym equipment is quite outdated. Therefore, most of the residents have memberships at outside gyms. Yet another amenity taken away from residents. The ATM Machine doesn’t work. Again, why is it even here? I’ve reported this issue along with other residents numerous times. Never a resolution. Resident’s Lounge: Management advised me they do not know how to adjust the AC in the lounge. It is always freezing! Which makes it difficult for residents to enjoy the lounge. The Televisions no longer work in the resident lounge. No updates regarding this. The dog park gravel is changed out once every few years. Rarely cleaned daily so the pool & mail area wreak of dog pea/poop. Other properties clean the dog area daily while changing out the gravel regularly. Residents talk daily and are suffering here. Many old neighbors have shared these reasons are why they left ODC. Many have shared their plans to leave. When will someone care & fix these ongoing issues? It is quite sad to witness what was once such a beautiful place to live, turn into what it is now. Does anyone in management or above the onsite staff even care? Are there any resolutions underway? Actions clearly say “NO”.

I just vacated ODC, but I couldn’t have enough great things to say about my year living there. Staff was always responsive and returned every missed call/email promptly. Elevator issues were nonexistent and my experience was genuinely positive in every aspect. Great views, great amenities, great WORKOUT ROOM, and most importantly great people. P.S. Shoutout to Eddie and Hailey in the leasing office! Great individuals and a ton of help. Truly hope their pay reflects the work ethic I experience every time I need/needed assistance.

What a dream it is to live at One Dallas Center. Have been a resident since September 2020 when relocating to the U.S. from abroad. Thorough research of apartment buildings in Dallas led me to One Dallas Center as being one of the very best luxury options. The leasing manager and front desk team provide exceptional care and customer service. The leasing process, maintenance of the building and apartment, and general vibe among the community of residents is excellent. For a single person, the A1 apartment plan offers a good amount of space and the layout of the apartment is ideal. You will enjoy stunning views across downtown and beyond. Easy access to the parking garage. Absolutely love living here and so do many other residents. A huge thanks to the team at One Dallas Center for making everything perfect, every day!

I recently moved to One Dallas Center and the application process was quick and easy. Chase, the leasing manager, gave me the building tour and helped me with all of the questions I had. I only have good things to say in regards to the building administration so far! Concierge and the leasing office staff is very friendly and respond to your inquiries in a timely manner. I haven't learn all of the names yet but Bryce, Chase & Team have been very responsive and welcoming (they even left a handwritten note and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift) . In terms of the building, the common areas are clean and I am very happy with my apartment choice!
