Called simply for a bit of information as i couldnt find the phine number for another part of the company and was met with rudeness from Brian as ii was explaining what it was I needed he interrupted several times and then said that has nothing to do with me and hung up while I was still trying to ask my question. I tried to call back the phone was picked up and then hung up again. I'll be filing a complaint with whomever is necessary so that an apology is received.

Quoted prices have no meaning. I called them Monday 5/14/18 to get pricing on plywood was quoted $52 per sheet, made arrangements to get off work early Friday, drove 25 miles there all the sudden the same product is over $70 per sheet. I was simply told they got a new price list later that day on 5/14, they would not honor quote from 4 days prior. The person there pretty much had a well it sucks to be you attitude. Ended up just getting plywood from the big orange box store, where the price of plywood had not gone up close to 40% in 4 days.
