I tried to order a book and have it delivered, should be simple enough, I had to call and exchanged emails with their customer service on a few occasions, finally no book and a few charges on my credit card that we’re reimbursed eventually, but missing a few dollars for some unknown reason. Lousy service and for a simple book order!!!
