Ali is the man! Good crew all the way around. Great communication and got my oil change and tire rotation done in good time. Definitely call in for an appointment as they are quite busy at this location and the online appointment system is inaccurate with availability.

Excellent service, nice employees. I purchased prepaid maintenance plan with many coupons as well. I booked the maintenance service last year and this year and did not pay extra for oil change, wiper change and tire pressure check. The work was quickly done and got good service. Thanks

I got a flat tire last weekend which was my first one. I called this location and spoke to a gentleman who was very nice, and generally explained the process. I proceeded to call AAA and had my vehicle towed to this location. I called back to ask if I needed to be with my vehicle while they attempted to fix the flat and they then told me that they were very busy and may not get to it that day... I was never told that on my first call which sent me into a panic to try and find another location where I could take my car. I called about 5 different tire service shops in the area with no luck. So I decided to go with this place anyways. I was emailed a status update that my car was recieved and that it wouldnt be available for pick up till the following monday which this was 2 to 3 days away. I was so besides myself, because I had family visiting from out of town, only to receive a follow up email still saying that my pick up date was a few days away but I noticed it had my phone number wrong and my last name wrong so I called to make sure I was all squared away and they said it's ready.... it was in fact ready, and that was a welcome surprise but it causes so much unnecessary heartache and frustration. The service was super cheap. 30 dollars to fix my flat. And I believe I got the original man I spoke to on the phone as mu cashier who was super nice. I wish I could give a one star for how upset I was that day and how this place was a large part of why the day played out like that but I cant do that in good conscious because overall the job did get done.

If “Erick” is manning the register, find another employee to service you. He was extremely rude, and I’ve worked in customer service all my life. I had my vehicle towed (it’s a LeasePlan vehicle) and when you have a leaseplan vehicle, everything should be taken care of, including payment. Erick told me that LeasePlan didn’t call him and he didn’t offer any sort of help such as “I can try to speak to a LeasePlan agent to help you, do you have a phone number?” Or even an apology for the inconvenience. There are many LeasePlan accounts and he didn’t know which one to bills I am an extremely nice person, but was very frustrated as I am making 10 calls and he is just sitting doing nothing. Apparently as I’m calling people, he finds the correct account. He could have told me while i was trying to call people but whatever. Pepboys is supposed to call LeasePlan once they diagnose the issue to get approval before repairs are made. I asked Eric nicely to call to file a claim for the repairs but he refused to. The issue my car had was not under the list of approved repairs. So basically, they messed up and didn’t want to own up to it. They probably overcharged me too. But it is a company vehicle so whatever. I was extremely frustrated and after wasting 45 minutes waiting, i just I just paid using my card and left. Still, no apologies for the inconvenience even though THEY messed up. Even LeasePlan customer service told me that they know better. I hope this was an individual Pepboys incident because if my car has troubles I don’t want to go to a Pepboys ever again. And I am using a different account name to hide my identity. Please teach Erick how to provide better customer service or get rid of him. There are plenty of nicer workers out there.

Questions & Answers

I have two lawn cart wheels which tires are flat (tubed) and need repair. Do you do that work?

Joel Thornton | Oct 21, 2021

These tires are serviced here. However the tubes are not kept in stock so calling ahead is best so we can be ready to serve you when you arrive. It is also often more cost effective to replace the wheel and tire assembly.

How much for labor for brake pads for a Ford Ranger?

You would need to schedule for a brake inspection, once that is done, you will be given a quote on total cost parts and labor
