We went to the Legacy store, yesterday afternoon to inquire about renting a Tux for my son and my husband the father of the bride. Terrible service. The young man that helped us had no clue about the rentals. I had to keep asking questions. It was torturous piece meal. Needless to say. We will be going somewhere else. I guess they don’t need our business.

Worst mens wearhouse I’ve ever been to. Stood around for 5 minutes (not busy in the store at all) the workers are clearly present but ignore you. Then after awkwardly roaming for 5 mins one person approached and was rude and said that my request to find a suit for my brother was “impossible” without even trying. Worst experience ever.
