Make your own judgement. I don't want to stay there, I have my own home, there are people I know that stay there that have warned me not to ever move to the Landmark apt.. scammers.. they need surveillance. Too much going on in the area a lot of unfairness with the office..ETC..my friends are trying to move but because of covid-19 makes it a little hard, maybe the new manager will change things. SMH

The new manager Mary was SUPER helpful!! I called to a quote and ask information about the location. She scheduled me instantly with a walkthrough of the complex! Love the new renovations! Looking forward to possibly living here!!

We don't allow fresh rental issues (within 2 years from application). If you have older ones, you should have verifiable good rental history after your issue. If we can verify it, you can be approved with risk fee.
