I am not a resident, yet.. however the process of the application and speaking with LaToya has been a wonderful process. LaToya has called me throughout a 6 month period to just say hello and checking on me. The apartment I’m waiting on has no openings anytime soon and I am willing to wait. I’m looking forward to when the opportunity comes up and myself and my family to call this area, home ☺️

Ask for Latoya. She has made my transition from the Midwest extremely easy. I am a soon to be resident and this decision was based simply off of location, level of customer service, ability to answer my questions and cleanliness of the property. I recommend.

I am not a resident yet but hope my son will be soon. I just wanted to say that I went to the website and enter our information for a call back and LaToya called us back within 30 minutes! I cannot tell you how may communities we have sent emails to and left messages and have NEVER received a response back. If today's experience is any type of indicator of the type of customer service focused management they have here at The Woods, then I am looking forward to my son living here and my visiting often!!

I have lived at The Woods for 2 years and it has been wonderful! The office staff is the best in Dallas and Maintenance is top of the line. When I go in for anything the ladies are very helpful and takes your mind off your problem. You are the BEST!!!!!!
