I have been at this complex for a little over six years and I’ve never had an issue, they fix things as requested in a timely manner and OMG the office management is the best. Anything I have ever needed they assist with no problem. I definitely would recommend this property.

I was interested in the apartment complex so I scheduled a tour the lady I spoke with confirmed the tour…so I drove a hour to check out the apartments just for another lady to say they couldn’t do the tour because there were no vacancies I wish they could have notified me earlier befor I drove out there for nothing poor communication

I was involved in a major gas leak on 9/29/21 here in Dallas, and I was left without a home & no clue on my next steps..Until I met the staff here at Highland Hills Apartments. When I say, I genuinely love them.. I LOVE THEM! They wasted no time with helping me (and mines) find us a new place to call home. I would 100% refer anyone whom is looking for a home to look here..come and see Ms. Jas’, Ms. Sara, Ms. Ann and etc. (everyone here is VERY helpful)!! Hope to see u future tenants on the property ❤️

Staff here is excellent.They make sure that not only are there residents well taken care of but that the property also stays maintained. They offer many programs for the children including tutoring. Great people,spacious apartments,and peace...that always makes for happy tenants!!!#14208 ;)
