The staff at this complex are nice, but incompetent. They're obviously short staffed in the maintenance department because it takes forever to get anything done. My dish washer hasn't worked for the last 6 months. I finally called them again about 6 weeks ago. They told me they'd ordered one for me but I'm still waiting.

My move was mostly great, unfortunately, the part that wasn't was pretty important. Everyone I have talked to has been kind and very welcoming and helpful. My apartment was move-in ready with just a few items that need to be repaired. However, the elevator was broken and I understand has been broken for a few weeks. I had come down with my UHaul truck full of belongings and had nowhere to put them if I didn't unload them here. What was I to do? Obviously, I am a Senior Citizen and fortunately in pretty good health so my son and I moved everything up to the 3rd floor without the elevator. I am thankful that I did not bring a bed or sofa as we would not be able to move them. However, I am sleeping on an air mattress and will not be able to get a bed until the elevator is repaired. My body was not used to that kind of exercise. I think it should be imperative in this situation that the elevator get repaired as soon as possible. We are elderly and most of us have some sort of difficulty walking up and down stairs repeatedly. Other than that, my move was fine. But please, get the elevator repaired.

Been here for almost two months now. Had a bit of issues to get moved in, but Mrs. Tara helped us with everything and we are so grateful.
