I would never recommend going to this office, I saw they had a really good rating, so I am shocked at how poorly I have been treated here. I have had issues with extremely heavy bleeding for 2 1/2 months straight now. I have been desperately seeking a diagnosis and treatment for this and all Nurse Practitioner Courtney Miller has done is put me on different pills that have still have not worked. I mentioned not wanting to be on birth control and this has been her only solution, oh and that this all do to my emotions and I should work out! She never suggested any other test to run or perform to try and figure this out, I was damn near in tears expressing that I needed help and I was told to monitor the beeding for the next 12 weeks! Really! I also saw Dr Patel and she didn’t care either. So still bleeding and in pain with no help today. Do not go here if your seeking any medical help!

Staff is friendly but it is completely normal to wait 30 minutes to an hour after they put you in a patient room before a doctor ever comes in. Having a regular appointment take two hours is very frustrating.

I've tried a few times to make a phone call to book an appointment and each time I was place on hold for over 10 minutes before hanging up. I totally understand you may be super busy but maybe we can have the option to leave a VM and get a call back? My family just moved to Fredericksburg and would really like to book our first appointment and experience your "good" ratings with our second delivery. We shall see...

Hello Patricia, thank you for your question! The phones roll to our answering service from 12:00pm to 1:40pm daily for lunch and the physical office is closed from 12:30pm - 1:35pm. Hope that helps.
