No stars this organization does not support custodial parents my case has not ever used enforcement action the non custodial parent never pays an is thousands of dollars behind, why is there a such thing as child support they don’t help at all

Remind me again, why are they in business?? These folks are the worst. All they do is send income withholding orders to non-custodial parents which DOES NOT WORK!!! Get off your butts AND DO YOUR JOB or close the division.

They did they thing and then some. Almost like lawyers. They represented me. I didn't have to do much of anything. Highly recommend going through here rather than through court. 10/10 would recommend, unless you're the one about to be put on child support bahahaha

First, they would never enforce arrears payments, each time claiming false reason. Then despite a court order they closed my case. I filed through the court myself and told the judge what this office said to me. She said they are not legally allowed to stop by child support payments. Only a judge can stop / change child support.
