I had a terrible experience applying to these apartments. Instead of contacting me for clarification about something unclear in my application they cancelled it. They didn't even make me aware that my application was cancelled. MAYBE they reject people without good reason to try and make easy money through the app fee's. Literally, the only thing unclear in my application was the original move in day of my current residency (something that can be clarified in one quick email or phone call). On top of the fact they waited until after checking my credit before cancelling my app. Now I'm down points on my credit from their hard inquiry and out of $50. So beware when applying. I have perfect apartment history-- perfect background record-- good credit etc etc. and they found a way to deny my application. Just ridiculous. Juan is the individual I worked with during my application process.

Been here almost 2 years. This community charges a monthly $10 along with other random fees. As of today we had to bring our kids inside due to the random trash strewn across the grass(bottle caps, wine caps, fast food trash); we also came across 3 needles on the grass, see photos. This complex has really gone downhill. Not worth what it used to be before.

Absolutely ridiculous application process. I truly should be reimbursed. They rejected my application because they reached out to my previous apartment complex and asked them if I was going to renew. The previous complex has communication problems and tells them yes. Jupiter management then doesn’t reach out to me to verify if this is true AS I WAS NOT RENEWING WITH THE OLD COMPLEX. There is a literal voice recording stating that I’m not renewing on my old complex’s file. Why on earth would I be applying for a unit 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE??? They never told me they rejected my application, even after pulling my credit. I HAD TO CALL THEM AFTER A WEEK OF NOT HEARING ANYTHING TO FIND OUT IT WHY IT WAS REJECTED. Now the unit I applied for is taken, I’m out of $50, there’s a hard inquiry on my credit report, and I’m extremely displeased. Train your staff on better communication protocols. Look at this reply lol. “Helping with the previous management” This was the result of poor communication with both property managers. The current complex should’ve never said i was renewing and your employee Juan, should have verified that with me. Essentially I will be homeless if I don’t find a unit in about a week because what do you know.. I gave the complex that said I’m renewing a notice that I’m leaving the property. Honestly it doesn’t take a rocket science to realize that if someone is applying for a unit with a move in four months out…they’re not renewing where they currently live. You need to train Juan and something about this situation

ever since i moved in, not even a month ago, i have had so many issues, to not having hot water when i moved in, the apartment being vacant a month and it still not being ready when i moved it, to the garbage disposal not working, the dishwasher does not work, requesting a parking sticker and being told they will contact me when to pick it up and never being contacted so your car gets towed, and calling to talk to a manager about it and her being incredibly rude and have a nasty attitude anytime you talk to her. i have spoke to her twice and she just gets more rude the more you speak to her. what a great place to live where you can’t tell them your problems and somehow it’s your fault they screw up! if you like being humiliated and made to feel like everything is your fault this is the perfect place to live! if you don’t.. then STAY AWAY.
