This was by the far the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a nail salon. 3 of us came in with an appt for my sisters bridal nails, we were happy, excited and they knew she was the bride to be! They were immediately RUDE when we came in because one of us changed our mind on the service we wanted and they made sure we knew that. They wouldn’t stop talking about it and were rough with the bride, rolling their eyes, talking back like we were children. Their service was not good and when we asked for anything at all we were treated like garbage. I’ve never felt like this before for a service I paid for. My poor sister left so disappointed and we were dissatisfied with our pedicures and manicures I will NEVER go back. They need to learn how to treat people this was absolutely the worst experience and we will be spreading the word. I can’t believe they’re still in business! The line on the brides nails were crooked, the employee lied about colors they had when she asked for a gold, she argued with my sister about a color she didn’t want and kept pushing that my sister was wrong. My manicure was absolutely hideous, I had hang nails and skin that she buffed left on my nails I had to ask her to remove, our pedicures were nothing but short and miserable. They kept hitting our arms and legs when they wanted us to move or switch and it wasn’t a friendly tap like other places I’ve been. The attitude, rolling of the eyes and customer service was non excusable and ruined a semi important experience the bride will never forget.
