So my woman has experienced about Seven Mice here, and after the First one she notified the front management. SHE'S ON THE THIRD FLOOR! How on earth could you over look this? They told her pest control only comes on a certain day.. whats the point of that too when they got tow trucks just ready to tow your ride. Anyways this place got mice, if you like collecting them --- this is a great place to stay. Bring a cat

Dont waste your time at these apartments. I needed an apartment urgently since my lease was over 07/31/2021, so I spoke to karime and she told me she had an apartment available. I applied and gave the leasing agent all the documents she needed, I was told I would get the apartment by 07/27/2021. It took more than a week for us to get informed whether or not we got approved. Finally on 07/29/2021 (two days after the date I was told the apartment would be ready) I was told we got approved and that the apartment should be ready by 07/31/2021 since it "only needed a little more to be ready for us to live there". By 07/30/2021 I was told that the apartment wouldnt be ready until 08/05/2021 because they didnt have enough maintenance to finish the apartment. Obviously, we needed a place to live so we informed them that we just wanted to cancel the apartment and we wanted our money back. We were told that we couldnt get the application and deposit back because they were not the ones to cancel. THEY FAILED to have the apartment in liveable conditions on the date that I was promised by the leasing agent and now every time we call to speak to the manager to get our money refunded we are told she is not in the office. Still no call or update on our refund. Just save your money and dont waste it on these apartments where the leasing agents obviously have no respect for peoples well being.

Just wanted to share how I'm loving my new place! I wasn't really sure since this is my 1st apartment since my divorce but the staff made it a great experience for me and my children. We have been here for a few months and we seem to like it a lot, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is very close to my job when makes my commute easier. I had to make a big adjustment for my expenses so the price for my rent is very affordable.

Just moved in! The staff is very nice and friendly. My apartment I’m loving everything the floors are tile and wood not like the fake wood I had back at my old apartments. I haven’t had the chance to meet my neighbors yet but they seem nice and smile/wave. One thing I will say is I have to get use to the jets flying but it’s honestly not to bad. So far so good!

No you pay for trash, sewage, pet fees and water. You have to find your own electricity provider.
