I’ve been here since 2020 & I have seen 5 different managers in & out the office. The last managers which been a month since they been here are horrible they have no sympathy for no one who do not make they rent on time. I understand the job you have to maintain but putting people out with no remorse is a whole other story. You don’t pay your rent on time you will get put out and their No longer excepting partial payments and that’s totally unfair because people have more then the rent to pay….. if I were Yall I would not move here at all GOB BLESS !

Very nice apartments. The upgrades are beautiful. The staff is on point. I came for a tour while they were having a resident party. They still attended to me and even included my family. Thank you Monet Apartments for the fun Friday afternoon. Popcorn and movies. 5star service and hospitality.

Just moved in. I upgraded my apartment and its beautiful. I pay a little more but, at the end of the day it’s still cheaper than any apartment with granite and upgrades. Management and office staff are extremely professional. They have events every month. Outside area is really clean. The New Monet has done a 360 degrees change. I love it!!
