Truly a terrible place to live, I’ve lived here over a year. They’re nice an courteous when you first move in but things turn after you’ve lived there awhile. Had issues with a thermostat when I very first moved in a took them a few days to get to it. Had issues with the toilet, also a few days then the smoking alarm and that they came to fix and it took them 2 visits to fix and their fix for it is just unplugging it. It’s a gated community but the gates don’t work and it’s right next to Deep Ellum so safety isn’t a priority for them. DO NOT move here for your own safety and peace of mind.

While apartment shopping, I came across Marquis on Gaston. Amanda was very friendly and accommodating. I love how much character the apartment has. The covered parking garage is a bonus.

The front leasing office team are always super accommodating and friendly. They are constantly giving to our community site and work hard to make this place feel like home. This is the first apartment where the team has made me feel like they truly care and are always giving away gifts. Maintenance takes care of requests quickly and keep the grounds clean and nice. Brian has worked with us several times and always responds in a timely manner. We love our home and this location. This is truly a great place to live!!
