Extremely shady, don't buy here. They're taking online orders and will gladly charge your card, but you'll never receive instructions for your pickup (or receive your merchandise). Messages to the website go unanswered. If you call the number listed on their own website, you'll reach a very nice man who doesn't even work there. I'm guessing the business as listed here doesn't exist anymore at all, so who even knows where the money is going. It's a whole mess. If you placed an online order, do a chargeback on your credit card to get your money back.

I ordered clay online to be shipped. I waited in vain for a tracking number. I shi' you not, they refunded me for my purchase five days after I made the payment... without telling me. So here I am twelve days after ordering it and how did I find out? Looking at my bank transactions. I've never had worse customer service for this type of transaction, ever. Don't shop here.

These guys appear to be completely out of business. I have heard first hand from “customers” that have bought stuff on their website and have never had a response, tracking, or any communication. Call one of the other distributors in Utah.
