Update: July 29- they control the AC and heat. With that being said, we had to get a window unit because they kept saying they came to fix the ac. If by fix, you mean pointed a thermostat laser at and walked out, then no they didn't fix anything. I went to go give in writing my notice to move out, no issue. I called a few weeks later to inform of them of an issue, and they tried to argue me down that I did not give them notice of moving out. Thankfully, I had a copy of the notice. Now, I'm being told that I did not give a full 60 days notice yet all the apartments I went to apply to,only asked if I gave a 30 days notice. Well now I owe a week worths. From the reviews,I'm sure I will still get another bill with fictitious charges🤦‍♀️. I had loved my time here until summer came and it just went down hill from there. I just moved in. Can't say too much. The leasing agent Selma was wonderful. My only issue right now, is that the apartment had small roaches and the cupboards were full of spiders. So it was not properly cleaned before moving in. I will update once I've been here a little longer. I'm off to go buy ortho home defense 🤦‍♀️.

Do NOT move here. Maintenance steals, the plumbing always clogs, they keep raising the rent, and they have rat problems because they don't keep it clean. As soon as I can I'm moving.

I have not even been staying here a month and it’s a lot of Mia communication my car got towed and it’s registered so I have absolutely 0 understanding I’m beyond mad I have stuff to do and the office never answer the phone plus I signed for a downstairs unit I’m upstairs ac I had to buy window units I also signed for a renovated unit I did not get that I just don’t understand this make sure to do a walk through of your apartment before you sign or pay period lesson learned

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF WAS HORRIBLE. THE LEASING AGENTS DON'T HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO DO. I WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE THERE. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE N THE THEY HAVE NO WORKING A/C.
