***UPDATE 5/9/22*** Changing rating from 5 to 3 stars (would be 2.5 if an option). We were recently notified that the ownership and management of the apartment has changed. Exterior renovations started almost immediately and frankly the new color brings out all the flaws in the building, and so far the paint job has been pretty poor - besides the building, they've also gotten paint on the bushes, concrete, my sliding/window porch door as well as my bedroom window, and the paint job is simply awful in some areas such as the door frames. On the notice it was asked to clear off porches for painting and that anything left behind would be moved to the center and covered - we removed 90% of our belongings, and everything else got paint all over it, it was clearly not covered as promised and I am not happy about the damage to my personal property. I've also been to the office on three separate days (during the new hours) to find it unattended, which is frustrating. There does not seem to be much consideration for the tenants in this transition, which makes a bad first impression, and we are certainly not going to be renewing at the new price point - I found listings for the configuration we have (1bed 1bath) under the apartment's new name for $1000 which is up from the $895 we are currently paying. **Original** I just moved into Foxglove and so far everything has been great! Jessica in the office is super sweet and very prompt and helpful. The property is newly renovated and they did a great job, it's the most effort I've ever seen put into an apartment reno and the kitchen especially is really nice. The community areas are super cute and the porches have high, secure fencing that make me feel quite safe even on ground floor. Our first night here felt more comfortable than any night in the 2016 duplex I was renting previously, and the price is a great deal. I'll update if anything changes... but I have a good feeling that won't be necessary. :) The only significant downside is the cramped parking lot, but that's not a dealbreaker for me (even with a 13ft van) and if you have a smaller car it's really not a big deal.

I moved in to these apartments about 4 months ago and it’s been wonderful. The complex is small and quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the apartments are beautiful. The leasing lady Jessica has been so helpful with any and everything I’ve needed. She is a one woman operation so she does get busy from time to time but she always make sure her residents are taken care of. Even maintenance is super friendly and accommodating, any issue I’ve had has always been fixed same day. There have been no problems with bugs or package theft, which was my biggest concern moving in to a new place. All of this combined has made moving in to Foxglove one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had!!

The pictures online are beautiful. Confirmed an appointment for 1pm. At 12:57, two girls from the office walked past me to get into a vehicle and drove off. Office doors were locked. So I guess scheduling tours mean nothing. Very disappointing first impression.

I have to say worst customer service by far. Talking to the lady there is like pulling teeth. Why get a job in customer service, if you don't want to talk to people? Complete waste of time was told directly by her don't trust what's on apartments.com because it's not up-to-date. Went to the website scheduled the appointment get here she tells me those are not available. It took a lot of energy just to not tell her off. She should get a new job.
