Very unprofessional I opened business account oh boy it was horrible the lady seemed she does not want to be here and very fake smile the entire time she had a straight face 😐!!! She made me feel and think she is doing me a favor by getting my money

Service is really bad. I have coins and I folding it already and I want to deposit my coins. When I was in front of the counter she did make her face not welcome and told me. We not accepted coins that you purchased. I told her I did not buy it from your bank and this is money why I could not deposit and she said just only this time and after this you cannot deposit coins in any location. Seriously I came to another location before coming to this location. They was so welcome with smiling face. And welcome to my coins. I think this location,the employees have a bad attitude to the customers.

When I called, they mentioned there is no need for appointment setup, walk-in was fine. Going in there, there was a lady behind desk with glasses absolutely no care for customers. No signs. No wonder they are losing customers
