DO NOT TRUST THAT THE WORK IS BEING DONE!!! AVOID! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! I got an oil change there in mid may. the oil light came on this week and we checked as it's very odd that the oil light would come on a month after the oil was changed, and there was no oil in the car! It's a new 2021 model with 15k mileage on it. There are ZERO signs of oil leaks. Clearly, when they changed the oil, they never put new oil in the car. When i called and asked for the manager, the person on the phone didn't identify himself, simply asked my name and number. I asked if i could speak with the manager again and he said "you're speaking with him", but he never identified himself as the manager. I told him he didn't tell me his name and he said it was Paul. After explaining the problem to him, Paul wasn't apologetic at all and left me with zero confidence that this issue would be resolved even if I took it back there. We ended up buying more oil at an auto shop and will never go there again. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! you've been warned!!!!

Paid $100 for an alignment and all they wanted to adjust is the toe which is the easiest adjust. They wouldn't touch the camber & caster because "maintenance had been done and everything was tight" or next excuse "its even on both sides", its out of spec! You can tell the place is absolutely not well run. Take your vehicle somewhere else!!
