Stay away from this place. Work for (USA MARBLE LLC) was my worse experience when it comes to workplace environment. it feels like be in Jail, you have NO BREAKS, except the 30 minutes LUNCH. They don’t let you breathe, or talk with to nobody because the DISPATCHER Will yell at you really disrespectful. They are Always in a rush. If you go to the restroom. the Dispatcher go right behind you. To check what are you doing. The Work load is really Heavy, there’s no ventilation at all. no fans, No even a hammer, or box cutter. You have to bring your own PPE. Because they provide no supplies. Never have meetings. As other employers do. They don’t give you the opportunity to talk or express yourself. and see how you feel. I was working there 4 months and saw too many people quit, or got fired. Because of the DISPATCHER. Employees didn’t last more then a day. On Tuesday morning September 6. While I was working, they called me to the office to sign a Write-Up. Because the Dispatcher complained about me refusing getting his orders. I told my supervisor I won’t sign for something I didn’t do. We went to the big boss. He don’t even let me explain myself or what happened. But asked me you want to stay working here. And I said yes. Because I got 3 kids and wife and need the Job. After that I come back to work. Went home and What’s worse they don’t even told me I was FIRED they just removed from WHATSAPP GROUP. WORSE WORK EXPERIENCE EVER.
