I'm just trying to figure out how you charging $1000+ and your residents can't get hot water.....and let's not talk about the insects. You can have a perfectly clean apartment and here come the roaches....take your money and go somewhere else....because living Here is not worth it. Today marks day 2 with no hot water

The people in the office are so rude. The bad thing is it always happens to be your own people who get in a position of power and let it go to there head. When I say our people I mean black people. Knocking on people doors with they toy cops. I am glad I’m just a visiting cause I would give them a piece of my mind!!

Apartments are not spacious nor clean. Has roaches and other various bugs. Maintenance is slow to do any repairs yet quick to tow one of your visitors
Overflowing garbage cans, and green mosquito-infested swimming pool all year round, been here 3 years and the swimming pool has yet to be open to the residence...
I been here for 3 months and in apartment 8 there's no hot water at all I been boiling water on the stove Ihave informed the front office and corporate and still no hot water

this place is a dump that preys on people i shouldn't have to pay 950 dollars plus 150 water bill because there's Vacancies in a building ....i font used that much water because I don't have any hot water
No they aren't & they are not worth wasting your hard earned money on. 😁
No on all Bill's paid. Under a new owner & management. So not sure on the other Still No on Bill's pd. But now we are under another new owner and management. Not to worry though, the maintenance department is still the same & nothing is getting fixed.
