Why do parents (and management)at the building 6 lazy river,allow their children to run amok, running wildly on the narrow ledge of the pool deck, grabbing at and chasing waterfowl, standing on tubes, stacking tubes six high, bullying other children?

I witnessed the kids stacking tubes, but I also saw a staff member come out and ask them not to sternly.

There are 4 year old kids running around with parents wanting in my building. It's a different world. Nobody worries about pedophiles.....
