You might get a $200 amex card . That you can only use for merchandise. Or there an Expedia worker that would try to talk to you into getting Park tickets. But then again it's all based off what you negotiate when you book your package deal.

There is a $11 a day tax charge but that's it and you get a $200 amex card at the end.

Something like room service or a private cabana by the pools is most likely an added charge, most of the basic ammenities are free and depending on your status with wyndham you may be eligible to get the daily newspaper. For the presentations I'm going to assume you mean the sales presentations. They tour you around the premium suites on site to try and sell them to you. You do get some kind of reimbursement for the time, but it can change from time to time.
