I am trying to modify my PRE PAID booking - dates & class, while doing it online, it looks like it is going to charge me the entire cost of the booking, rather than just the fee to change it. I am trying to call and have someone clarify this. Help?

I pretty much had the same issue in trying to update my rental and was not able to so I actually had to wait until I got there they cancel that rental added another one the updated one and then they didn't charge me anything to do that

Do not answer they charge a lot of extra insurance and it is bad and better service is ÁLAMO renta car
