Always always always long lines. But, they hold your reservation. The cars are nice and maintained. You will have your standard scratches, small dings, minor paint chip, but you will be fine with your car and price. The only rip off I think is the gas and insurance thing. I wish they could post their insurance options to the public instead of the brief synopsis the rep gives you while you're in a rush. Other than that, I would definitely recommend them to all! Safe travels!

Luckily I’m not renting from this company. I walked up and the lady never looked up to ask if I need assistance. She just continued to look down at her phone, as if she’s uninterested or bored or waiting to get off work. The proof is attached. Awful business practice

Quick service, price quoted online was exactly what I paid. They don't oversell all the extras just mention all the options and let you decide. I did buy the toll pass after quick conversation about where we were driving; I was thankful I did! We got to choose our car since they did not have a small SUV for our reservation, I got an better vehicle for the same price.

Great experience! After waiting 20 minutes at the counter to pick up my reservation from Advantage, then the person tried to scam me into buying their insurance, I went to the EZ Rent A Car counter. They were so friendly and fast. The car was great- not spic n span clean, but not filthy either. It ran great and was easy to drop off. $37 for 1 day rental, taxes included- not a bad way to go =)

Yes, you'll need flight information that pairs the reservation...
Did you find out if they accepted chime
Yes
I think they do. But the difference is how much they hold until you return the car.
Hope everyone is fine. This is the time when you start thinking about taking that coverage they offered and which everyone said you don't need, you will learn the hard way why... After the accident , she needs to fill a report and basically they will call and communicate with her. The process will take a couple of weeks since the vehicle needs to be seen by an adjuster to start the collection process with your insurance and whatever they decide not to pay will have to be paid by the renter.. including lost of use. Hope this helps...
If you are paying with a debit card, you will need to show proof of a flight that leaves FLL on the scheduled date of vehicle return.
Nopes, most people rent and then do Uber to the port...
The sunpass is $10 a day.
Take the Rental Car Center shuttle - look on the street immediately outside baggage claim at terminals 2, 3 & 4.
I'm not sure about this site, but some rental car companies will charge you extra per day if you are under 25.
I'm pretty sure you can use a debit card to pay for your rental, but the deposit should be on a credit card.
When you book your rental car it will ask you where would u like to return vehicle and if that location is available i believe you should have no problems. I would still ask Rental Agent at time of Pickup also just to confirm. Hope this was helpful
Also. Check your fuel level before you leave the lot. The contract will always say full but if you check it and it's 7/8 put that on the exit slip otherwise you will be charged for the fuel that you signed on the contract!
